I Have severe Primary premature Ejaculation. I ejaculate even in foreplay. My all tests are ok . I have used many medicines. Some SSRIs like proxitene, Escitalipram, Zoloft etc effects to some extent. During usage of these medicines I only able to enter the penis to Virginia. But I ejaculate within in 1 second. Please diagnose some medicines. My erection is absolutely ok.

agar ap problem ki waja ko treat krengay to prob solve hoga. koi investigation ki abhi tak? prob physical bhi ho sakti hay or psychological bhi. diagnose krna important hay dono hi treatable han. but agar phychological rreason hay to medicine say kam nai hogi. jesa k ap sab use kr chukay koi asar nai mila.
