Due to excessive masturbation since childhood, I can't last longer than few seconds hardly a minute in masturbation, I can get instant erection even just by intimate thoughts but it does not stay erect without touching. I get erection in morning but not fully hard. It gets harder after touching. I am unmaried currently and want to be fit before starting marital life. I am 6 feet and weight 80 kg.
