I am a 36-year-old male, weighing 94 kg with a height of 171 cm. I experience premature ejaculation: I do not ejaculate during foreplay, but ejaculation occurs within about one minute of vaginal intercourse. I would like your professional advice on possible treatment options for this condition.
For your reference, I have a past medical history of hand/nail fungal infection, for which I completed a three-month course of Terbinafine approximately 12 months ago.
