AsslamuAlaikum I have been involved in masturbation for a long time and now I struggle with premature Ejaculation, and weak penis. Due to which I have not been able to consummate my marriage too for the last one year. Got my total testosterone level checked and its 2.09 ng/ml which is quite low in my opinion. What should I do?

I have a problem of Varicocele and due to this I think I got a problem in my penis and I feel too much pain when I have Ehtelam (Nocturnal Ejaculation) and I have a big size of one testis and other is normal and erection of penis is not full. I dont understand why this happened ? Is it due to vericocele or any other problem. Any good sexologist please guide me about this.

Aoa! I used to so much musterbation and then i start on sex with girls after that my penis is lose. Mean before sex i musterbate then 2 shot fuck girl in third shoot my penis is losed. my life is totally disturb due to my erection problems i got erection only for 1 to 2 mins after that i lost erection before intercourse i am very much worried

Sir i was involved in masturbation from long time because of that my active motile got only 5% premature ejaculation and curved penis i i used to edging that time but i usd to masturbate after two days of edging so after i tested for semen i abstain from masturbation abt six months but on 5th mounth i started edging again not masturbation when i usd to come to climax i stoped and controled it i usd to do it 4 to 6 times a weak but after month i cldnt control and ejaculated but this time my sperm came out very lttle i tried twice still little though it was 6 mounths gap only one mounth edging this hapnd for ther frst time am woried did i gt regroted ejaculation plz need help sir
