in my early days of puberty I did excessive masturbation then I faced a small problem related to the erection of the penis.I was normal but I was feared that I had a problem with my penis.To overcome this fear I again and again masturbuated to check penis size.At the age of 17 Onece my penis was fully erect and I was masturbating I realized as some membrane in my reproductive tract was ruptured.In my urine analysis I found blood.my penis is become shrink and small.kindly tell me the cause and treatment of disease.I am much worried about it.25 year unmarried student of Msc zoology.
