Talk to Sexologist on Secondary P.E (Premature Ejaculation)

I seek an Advice and Treatment for my Secondary Premature Ejaculation problem from a Certified,Wise,Experienced and most importantly Able Sexsologist.

I have Secondary P.E from age of 14 years, because of excessive masturbation during my teenage years.

Before this problem occurred to me, i had normal ejaculation and normal ejaculation timing(5 minutes) like generally normal people have.

Also, i experience frequent Nocturnal Emissions since i turned 15 years of age.

I want a permanent cure for my this condition.
