Aoa sir... I am facing a problem. Sir i dont know what it is called. I got treatment from many docter.but after some time it starts again. if it is just 1 to 2 drops its normal secretions called as precum but if you discharge fully it due to excitement . it needs counselling to get over .You can take appointment for proper counselling & treatment.
