Talk to Sexologist on Sexual Desires Towards Other Men

Since I was young I had special feelings towards other men but as I grow up it changes into sexual desires but ignored my feeling. But when I reach at my 20s it became more and I tried to change my thought always engage my self in other work to avoid further thinking. I am afraid to discuss with anyone because I know it's not normal for society and still didn't make any physical relations with another men. Help me it's impact on my professional life and future career.
