I am Happily Married and have 1 child which was conceived in very first intercouse. I had good sex life although there were few problems of SPA but I overcame after few time. but after 4 months of pregnancy in fear of anything bad I stopped my sex life with my partner. after pregnancy 40 days gap when I started again iam having problem of sex drive with my wife. iam also having erectile problem when I go for intercourse my libido gets down which suddenly drop my penis and iam unable to penetrate. I have gained some weight after marriage and also when I did my lipid profile test bad cholesterol was in high normal is 150 and mine was 162 if it help in diagnostic. please reply in detail so I can understand my problem and able to select good treatment instead of just replying contact me it's curable.

There may be vascular damage in.penis as well.as low testosterone

I don't think there is vascular damage because when I do masterbuation my penis became straight and strong but only when I come with my wife it suddenly start getting weak when I go up for penetrations

It seems that you have long abstinence from sex , do you have any other ways of relaxation ? . Slightly high LDL cholesterol, go for other tests like blood sugar fasting and Uric acid. If normal , go for exercise and daily multivitamins, it would be all fine

Yup every low esteem guy favourite masterbuation. I also got fasting blood sugar it was normal. can u please suggest multivitamin.

Intercourse during pregnancy is not stopped unless it is prohibited on medical background. A bad lipid profile needs diet restriction and exercise, have HbA1c got tested also
