Talk to Sexologist on Testis Pain
Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Peshawar
Assalamualaikum. I'm 24 years old , 2 months back I had pain in my left testis and upper side of testis ( spermatic cords) ultrasound showed no varicocele or hydrocele. Day by day my left side I mean the rod type which provides erection becomes weaker ( the small veins on penis left ). Now when I have erection there is slightly curve type on the left but right one is ok. The ultrasound showed tinny 4.2mm cryst on epididymitis head. Now the spermatic cords on the left side and the left part of penis feels like inactive when I touch them as compare to the right one. I'm so worried about that can I get some guidance what should I do now.

Sir I hv done ultrasound test for two times and moreover for kidney too. He said there is nothing. Actually my point is whenever someone touches the spermatic cords upside the epididymis it feel like bit pain so it shows the activeness there. I feel very less sensitive activeness on my left one where tiny cyst exist as shown in report. And the left side ( rod type) in penis become so weak and affected the erection

if erection is problem is sensitive than it treatable with medicine but if stuctrual difference than should be examined
