Assalam o Alaikum, Doc i have to much sexual desires and that leads to weaknesses sometimes but the desire never gets down sometimes i use to watch half naked pictures on twitter that also causes so much arouses every time there's just one thing in my mind is that i wanna do sex and whenever i get pleasure from masturbation my mind didn't accept it and requires some physical real sex, Would anyone understand my problem sometimes i got to frustrated and stressed about it is there any medicine to control our desires please suggest me something.
