Ap ka concern bilkul valid hai. 19 months ki age tak bachay aam tor pe 10 se 50 words bol rahay hotay hain, aur kuch do lafzon ka jumla bhi banana shuru kar detay hain (jaise “mama aao” ya “pani do”).
Agar apki beti sirf 5 words bol rahi hai lekin sab kuch samajhti hai, kaam karwa leti hai, aur ishare karti hai — to iska matlab hai ke uski samajh (receptive language) theek chal rahi hai lekin bolne (expressive language) mein thori si delay hai.
Yeh time perfect hai early speech therapy start karne ka — abhi se madad milay gi to zyada asar hoga, aur baad mein zyada struggle nahi hoga.
My recommendation:
Yes, consider starting early speech therapy or at least consult a certified SLP for a developmental screening.

yes she is use pictures book and then make noise according to pictures like ice cream nam nam cat meaow so these also fan but the thing is she not everytime talking like this age baby making noises on thier own voices sometimes she is making sometimes only walk-in and playing silently
