Talk to Speech Therapist on Speech Delay

My daughter is 2.3 years old .she hardly speaks three to four words properly. But her non verbal communication is alright.No signs of Autism. She was a late walker and she took her first step when she was 1.5 years old. Now she is growing bigger and when she can't speak she faces a huge problem. I also cry when she just points to things and creates a meaningless voice. I want suggestions on what to do my area in which I am living is not so much developed we can find other doctors but I think I have never seen any speech clinic. We live in theingh morrh tehsil chunian. Please help me to find a solution.
