Talk to Spinal Surgeon on Lower Back Pain
I have been a designer for almost 8 years and worked continuously on laptop and sitting, due to which I am diagnosed with severe lower back pain and even my right hand's last 2 fingers get cold If I bend my arm or hold anything little heavy. I am not able to sleep comfortably, I have to put pillow in between my legs to balance the back and make it straight, but still it hurts. I visited a doctor 7 months ago and she asked me to go for MRI but I didn't instantly, looking for opinion on this?
