Asking For Self, Male 25, Lahore
I'm having back pain for months, back movement is also limited. It hurts on bending (like ruku position), lifting something heavy and on doing little exercise ( Ive tried exercises for herniated discs. They make the pain worse). Plus sometimes i get a painful tingling sensation (radiates from back to front on right iliac crest area). No sensations in legs, doctor ruled out sciatica. It started in Jan 2022, while playing cricket I got a jerk in my back. I took bed rest for two months and painkillers (for 2 weeks) (as per dr's advice). Pain got better, but to an extent only. Initially I couldn't even straighten my back after bending, I had to lay down put something under my lower back that would help me straighten my back. This got better and now I can easily get my back straight, the problem that stayed is it still hurts. It hurts on bending after a certain degree. MRI, xray and reports are attached. Kindly give advice for my condition
