Tou doctor ne ek balm dia tha or exercise batai thee but usse relief nahi mila mere still lower back ma shadeed pain ha. hips, thighs, legs, foot. and pain ki waja se walk karne ma problem ha. Mje year hogaya isko but pain still ha or ye cure nh hua. Is it serious?
