Recently diagnosed with mild pcos with lab reports:-872 dht , high TIBC, fsh normal, s.prolactin 26.92(normal value :25.07),E2 normal, LH 19.28(13.65 normal) ,thyroid profile normal, Vit-D normal, B12 normal but only one value above normal same with Hb, slightly high MCHC and RDW CV, having very severe hairfall i never had irregular periods(20-28 day cycle) but recently the cycle got longer (28-35,36 days), severe constipation and fatigue i even did a OGTT and it cane back normal, difficulty falling asleep and sometimes pain or restlessness in arms and legs Plz tell me what is wrong with me gynecologist was recommended but they just give OCPs I don’t want that my biggest problem is hairfall right now I’m losing it rapidly.and why did i suddenly have pcos And high dht? How do i lower this dht?

Please start taking oral iron tablets (Tab iron one ) daily after breakfast and dinner
Your have low irons in your body as evident by High TIBC and low ferritin, this will help you stop hair fall and also issues of sleep to some extent as well
but you also have constipation and fatigued feelings and this needed to be investigated properly as things may be inter connected and all things should be treated together for complete resolution of symptoms

And should i take B12 supplements too as it is normal but on the lower side ?
