Talk to Eye Specialist on Unknown Cause

AOA! Madam almost 1 and a half year ago I started facing problem of eye burning and itching due to excessive usage of mobile.That time i consulted with eye specialist and statred using Xepat porte and Blink fresh but didnt got cured.After that I consulted with 5 different specialists and someone says its dryness and someone says allergy and used 7 different eye drops prescribe by different eye specialists. I am very anxious about my eyes health because even if i use screen for about 5 minutes my eyes start burning and they have become very sensitive and the worst part is that there are a lot of red fine lines now in my eyes and the cause a lot of irritation. Madam please tell some suitable cure.PLEASE!
