Talk to Pediatric Neurosurgeon on Worried Either She Is Normal Or Autistic

My baby went to ventilator right after her birth due to prolong labour, she doesn't cry she was not breathing at the time of her birth, was in NICU for 35 days but Alhamdulilah she is all fine like normal babies,she all milestones are up to her age now she is 20 months old trying to speak, she says mama ,baba, do, lo ajao, kiya hua, Allah many more like these words, has tongue tie when she was 8 months old her tongue is released Alhamdulilah. She understands whatever we say. Recognize things, repeat actions. She perform namaz perfectly like doing sajda or Salam pherna, tasbeeh prhna . She is completely fine like other children but her speech is delayed but wo apni bt isharo me smjh deti hai. bolne ko.koshsh kr Rahi hai, she is intelligent forn bt ko pick krti hai Jo b bolo follow krti hai. My question is how much possibility of a delayed cry child can be a normal person because now a days she is showing tantrums, zid krne lagi hai apne bt manwana chahti hai. I'm little bit curious kiya
