RBCs reduction in veins with Beetroot, Apple and Red carrots with normal water temperature, while having sinus symptoms which occur HEAD, NOSTRILS, THROAT GLAND, SOUR TASTE OF TONGUE WITH SHIVERING OF WHOLE BODY FROM HEAD TO TOE.
