Talk to Gastroenterologist on Persistent Bowel Issues After Treatment For Gastritis

A couple of weeks ago, I experienced vomiting along with elevated blood pressure (140/90). At that time, you diagnosed me with gastritis, and I have attached the prescription you provided for your reference.

After completing the prescribed medication, and up to today, I have been experiencing ongoing bowel issues. I feel constipated with very minimal bowel movements during the day; however, when I do pass stool, it is loose and almost liquid. I am also experiencing a persistent bad taste in my mouth and bad breath.

Additionally, I sometimes feel slightly nauseated, and when my stomach is empty, I experience a bubbling or “bubble-bursting” sensation.

I have tried consuming yogurt and unsalted kachi lassi, but there has been no improvement so far. I would appreciate your guidance on what I should do next.
