Use peds cream cream on every diaper change( make a thick layer of the cream on the skin, pat dry skin completely before applying cream) do not rub the private part skin instead pat dry v gently. Do not use detole or detoled water on this area. Do not use powder, or anti bacterial soaps to wash this area. At night use bifomyk cream on this area and continue for at least 2-3 weeks.
