Talk to Dermatologist on Comedones And Acne

I had used eventone c cream after which I get white head then I use retinol and they turn into comedones I used it for almost 2 months but my comedones get worse and became acne . After that i used nirvana botanics barrier repair serum and twice exfoliating treatment and on alternative days I wash my face with salicylic acid facewash . But my acne is not going one goes another comes . It’s been 6 months I’m suffering from this
