Talk to Dermatologist on Cut Marks (scars) On My Arm About 7 Years Old

I have some cut marks on my arm from about 7 years ago. They are quite visible, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. I want to remove these marks. Is there any treatment from which they can be completely removed so that my arm looks totally clear, as if nothing was ever there?
