Asslam Alikum, I would like to share my concern No history of alcohol or drug addiction. Premature ejaculation (PE) has been present since puberty. Ejaculation occurs very quickly within seconds during minimal physical stimulation. Unusual trigger: ejaculation occurs during certain physical activities such as: Push-ups especially when the penis touches the floor repeatedly Gym exercises (e.g., triceps or machine use) when there is repeated contact or pressure Repeated minor friction/contact 4–5 times) can lead to full ejaculation even without sexual arousal or mood. No discharge occurs with simple touch in normal routine unless it is repeated or involves pressure/friction. High sensitivity of the penile area suspected. Ejaculatiis on can occur without erection or sexual thoughts in these situations. Should I go for DPT or sexologist?
