Talk to Dermatologist on Very Painful Boil Keep Coming Back

Assalam o Alaikum, it’s been one year I’m getting boils on my body once in a month . Boils are bloody type, very painful and warm to touch. Please please someone here tell me what should i do to treat this and what’s the reason I’m getting these boils repeatedly. Hygiene isn’t the issue bcz i change my clothes everyday, change bedsheet three time in a week. Please tell me which medicine should i take or which tests should i do? I visited skin specialist many times they gave me f sid h cream to put on my boils but no use. I attached photo of boil in healing condition .
