I have these spots on my feet skin near ankle and they since childhood. when I was 7 years old they start appearing on my skin and now I m 30 years old. what is the name of this condition and is there any way I can get rid of them. they are not itchy or painfull just looks bad on my feet. please suggest how to remove them and what is the name of this condition?
