Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Problems Leading To Skin Issues

I am having stomach issues since I was a kid. I 1st got my high blood pressure issue when I was 9. I don't get high b.p usually now. but my stomach health now a days is so bad. during 1st ramdan. I had piles condition but I had diarrhea too. and the blood came like it's menstruation. too much dark with immense pain and too much blood. I got better after 2 3 days. then it happen again at last 28th of ramdan. I have so much pain in my abdomen usually now. piles didn't happen again. but I had feces with too much oil content. when I wash up the skin . it felt too oily on my hand. I don't get what's happening to me. my diet and sleep cycles are poor. I have insomnia and vomiting sometimes too with severe abdomen pain please suggest some good solution. thanks
