Talk to Dermatologist on Patch On Face

About two months ago, a dry patch started on my cheek. I thought it was just dryness and used lotion. Later, it became red, and I did not take it seriously. After that, it started to ooze, so I went to a doctor. He gave me hydrocortisone and a moisturizer. I used them for 3 days, and it improved a little, but after stopping the steroid, it came back worse. Then I went to another doctor, who suspected impetigo or leishmaniasis and prescribed fusidic acid for a week. I started using fusidic acid, and after 3 days it was getting better, but then it felt slightly burning. After a week, it came back. The doctor said to get another dermatologist’s opinion. I went to a dermatologist, and she prescribed Cutivate M and cefixime, and told me to come back after a week. I missed one dose of the oral antibiotic, but otherwise took everything as prescribed.
