Talk to Hypertension Specialist on Hypertension And Vitamins Deficieny

I have hypertension and I usually live in the UK, but currently I am in Pakistan. I am taking Ramipril 10mg regularly, but despite that my blood pressure remains high, especially the lower (diastolic) reading which usually stays above 100. Secondly, I had iron deficiency a few months ago and I was also taking iron supplements for that. Recently, I have been experiencing muscle cramps and very poor sleep as well — usually only around 5–6 hours. Could you please guide me about which tests I should get done first? After getting the tests, I can visit a good specialist in Lahore for proper consultation. I would really appreciate recommendations regarding the necessary tests and what kind of specialist I should consult.
