Your reports show a few mild abnormalities, but nothing suggests a dangerous or life-threatening disease. It is actually reassuring that your ferritin, vitamin B12, zinc, and thyroid tests are normal.
1. Beta Thalassemia Minor
This is a genetic condition and is usually harmless. It can cause mild anemia or tiredness in some people, but it does not usually require major treatment and does not affect life expectancy.
2. Gilbert Syndrome
This is also a benign condition. It can cause bilirubin levels to rise slightly, especially during stress, fasting, illness, or poor sleep. It does not damage the liver.
3. Vitamin D Deficiency
Your vitamin D level is quite low and may contribute to:
fatigue
body weakness
low mood
poor sleep
muscle aches
Treatment usually includes:
Vitamin D3 50,000 IU once weekly for 6–8 weeks
followed by
maintenance dose of 1,000–2,000 IU daily
Regular sunlight exposure is also helpful.
4. Low Copper Level
Your copper level is mildly low. Copper deficiency can sometimes contribute to:
hair problems
premature greying
fatigue
However, severe copper deficiency is uncommon, so very high-dose supplements should not be taken without medical advice.
