My mother is 58 years old, female, has Type 2 Diabetes. Her blood sugar remains between 224-324 mg/dL. Current medicines: Mixtard 40 units morning, Feroline 22 units at night 12am, Itaglip 850mg, Livesta 5mg. Weight 108 kg. Sugar is not controlled. Body pain and burning sensation in limbs (neuropathy). Please advise correct insulin dose and insuline
