Ok about 12 years ago y did a prostatectomy operation so my whole prostate was removed. But after a year y had no more erection ( Erectile Dysfunction ) Now to be aroused during sex time y need to take a sex oral pill one hour before. Not good my friend. I want my erection back like when y was 25 years old and also in the morning.
