Talk to Dermatologist on Cancer Doubt

"Assalam-o-Alaikum. I have had a 4mm mole on my stomach since childhood. Last week, after I went into the heat for three days, it rapidly turned gray with zero swelling and only mild pain for about half an hour, and now it has reverted back to its normal brown color. I am unable to leave my house and can't consult a dermatologist. Could a doctor please review if this rapid color fluctuation could be a sign of melanoma regression or friction trauma, and what my next steps should be? Thank you so much."
