Talk to Urologist on Left Sided Varicocele With Azoospermia

I have history of left varicocele since dec 2024 with history of infertility for 2 years, initiall semen dr had low sperm count, then report after 3 months had normal sperm count only decreased progressive motility, dr asked me to repeat report after 3 months, now i have developed azpospermia

My question is should i go for microscopic varicocelectomy will surgery improve chances of fertility, and what is the estimated cost of surgery?
