Talk to Orthopedic Surgeon on Patella Surgery Left Knee, Fever,CRP Increase

patient had an accident on 5august and on 7aug surgery was done..and after 1 day he had continuous low grade fever 99 Fahrenheit and 100...till 23august he had continuous fever with little shivering and sweating..His different test was done like malaria and dengue which came negative and his CRP and cbc reports are attached and waiting for urine and blood c/s ..from 25august he had continuous headache on left side of head where some scratches appear after accident..plz guide about problem related to attached reports and any serious condition if happened
