Talk to Gastroenterologist on Bowel Incontinence

I have had 2 c- sections . 2 grown up kids elder is 30yrs old , Had gastric by pass about 22 years back due to weight . Ear normal , But bowel incontinencey started about year back and as one odd time in months is now almost few times in a week & poo exit area also stay open probably cant contract back Very disturbing & mentally draining .

Can some one plzzz suggest and advice . I live in remote area of barakhaou islamabad .
