I have had a wound on the head of my penis/foreskin for approximately 20–25 days. The wound is itchy, especially at night. I initially used Fusil cream on my own for about 20 days. I am currently using Betagenic cream. Wound starts healing but it has not completely healed. I also have yellow urine and a burning sensation when urinating.
