Talk to Eye Specialist on Eye Problem Styes

I am 18 years old. I keep getting styes inside my eyelids. Before one stye completely heals, another one develops. Currently I have a painful/pus-filled lump inside my upper eyelid. I have taken antibiotics prescribed by doctors, but the pus/lump has not come out. What could be causing these recurrent styes, and what treatment should I use?
