Talk to Urologist on Advice For Taking Medicine

Salam. My father is a patient of enlarged prostate. He is taking tamsulin capsule as prescribed by urologist of brig.doctor of cmh. He often has a problem of flu and headache with cough. I wanted to know can he take softin(loratidine) for flu etc with tamsulin. If not please suggest some tablet which could be taken with tamsulin for stopping flu and sneezing problem.
