please tell alternative medicine of carneal and duloxetine which is less expensive ..these both are expensive recommended by doc but not affordable to me so please suggest cheaper alternative ones.doc said I don't know alternative ones

In place of Duloxetine you can use
Tab Clomafranil 25 mg one tab in the evening
In place of Carneel you can use
Cap Vivioptal plus one cap in the evening
