Talk to Urologist on Anal Fissure

hello doctors, I have a problem of recurring anal fissure for many years now. it happens atleast once in a year but it heals within a week. this time it's been over a week and the pain has not improved. I don't have constipation or hard stool.
I also feel a lump around anus which I think is an anal tag but I am not sure (feeling it for years now too). During normal days I don't feel any pain or bleeding so I'm not sure if I have hemorrhoids. please suggest some . medicine for fast healing of fissure as it's too much painful.
