Doctor, I don’t have daily bowel movements; sometimes I go two days without passing stool. I have to strain a lot to pass stool, but it often nothing is coming out naturally, even when the stool is soft.and there’s no bloating before passing stool. Sometimes I have diarrhea, and other times hard stool. When the stool is a bit hard, it causes a small amount of blood. The stool is greasy and hard to flush.

I had an MRCP test, and the report was normal. I had two abdominal CT scans with contrast dye, and both reports were completely normal. I got the CA 19-9 test done, and that report was also completely normal. I had a colonoscopy, and that report was completely normal. I also had amylase, lipase, CBC, and LFT tests done, all of which were completely normal.

About three years ago, I experienced pain and bleeding during stool passage, so I saw a gastroenterologist. He found something abnormal during the digital rectal exam (DRE) and referred me for a colonoscopy, which came back
