I recently increased my dose to the one prescribed by the doctor, for a month I only took half of ciprelax daily. After increasing the dose to 1 whole pill a day, I am experiencing some sexual side effects, delayed or no ejaculation. Should I decrease my dose? Or switch brands.

I have been suffering from anxiety for the past 3 years. I was prescribed ciprelax and rexodex for 3 months. Half pill ciprelax a day. I completed that course and felt great. But after discontinuing, anxiety symptoms appeared again after 4 months so I consulted a doctor and started ciprelax for a whole year. Initially i started with half a pill of 10mg but recently increased the dose a week or two ago. Now I have a problem with ejaculation. No other issue. I regularly exercise, eat better, try to live a healthy life. Quit smoking 4 years ago but recently started again.
