I have been married for 6 years,and diagnosed with azoospermia, I had the following tests ………………………… Semen Anaylsyis FSH Testicular ultrasound TRUS
reports are attached below, please guide me how to deal with it Thank you
Kindly have testosterone and LH levels done and come to me in my infertility clinic for further treatment. Mamji Hospital Karachi (daily 4-6pm except Sundays)
By these reports it seems you have good size testis and a normal FSH. both of which favour obstructive azoispermia.
The next step is to have a testicular biopsy followed by further planning

Pls get Seminal Fructose level.
Semen analysis from Chughtai lab or Agha khan jail road. These 2 labs do this test.
Also get S/ Prolactin level
