Talk to Urologist on Bilateral Kidney Stones (6–7 Mm) With Frequent Urination

I have kidney stones in both kidneys. My ultrasound shows a 6 mm stone in the right kidney and multiple stones in the left kidney, with the largest measuring 7 mm. I am also experiencing frequent urination, sometimes up to 3 times in an hour. My urine test shows 6–8 pus cells/HPF, calcium oxalate crystals (++), and mucus (++++).

I want to know whether the frequent urination is related to the kidney stones or a urinary infection, and what treatment or further tests I should consider. Please advise whether I should consult a urologist.
