My child is Age 17 and he has been a CP child. From 2 weeks he has been suffering from urine and urine badder issues. taking medicine regularly and 2 times repeatedly Urine R/E test but puss cells and crystals are exists. kindly suggest medicine or other necessary steps bcz he is unable to speak to tell us his pain condition only crying loudly thanks and regards . old and new report and ultrasound report attached

cp child always have issues with bladder and bowel, keep him hydrate, ask him to regularly void and time void
These kids need special attention. Please keep an eye on water intake, patient should not be constipated. Repeat renal ultrasound after 2-3 months. If he gets fever, feels unwell, is not eating and drinking well; treat with antibiotics. In case of repeated UTI, prophylactic antibiotics for 3 months usually help.
