Asking for Father, Male, 73 years old, Karachi
Had 1st cystoscopy on march 2025 with TurbT (growth at lateral wall, biopsy, non invasive G1 tumor ) 2nd cystoscopy ( after 3months).. everything seems clear 3rd cystoscopy ( 10 months ) ( 3 small pimple like pink colour growth on the trigone area ) Is that reoccurance of malignant cells or can be benign or inflammation ?
u need resection and biopsy of the growth again ASAP

The results indicate recurrence of a non-invasive (G1) tumor. CK20 is positive, while Ki-67 shows patchy raised expression.
Could you please advise on the next step in management? Should we proceed with BCG therapy, or would active surveillance be appropriate in this case?
