Talk to Urologist on Bumps On My Penis And Balls

i had protected sex month ago but the condom i used was from a new brand which i haven't heard of before , after 1 week bump appeared on my penis tip and one on my ball and one small one on thigh which has disappeared, i am unable to identify what sort of bump is this. Then the bumps have started spreading and are now too many of them on penis balls and one thigh and some tiny ones on hand and arms . in intaiallaly check up doctor glimpsed and said it is herpes but now it does not seem like herpes , i dont know which doctor to go to or what medicine to take or apply on it, currently im taking acylex 400 mg and apply twice a day acylex im blank on this and im scared what it is , please help i have attached the pictures , it itches alot and my body is itch every where
