Talk to Urologist on Chronic UTI 3 Months Infection

AoA, I got uti infection, it would get fine with tests clearled but after 2 to 3 weeks, it came back several times.
Visited many doctors. Alhamdulillah every thing is ok. It is the 3rd time in pas 4 years that I get it and take months to get cleared.
What could be the reason? Could it be ph of urine or something else. And how to treat it if it gets back after antibiotic course. Please guide.
